Returns Policy

Payment for Goods

Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

Refunds of Electronic Product (purchased through the Teachable Gateway (Credit Card Payments on the Website)

EYET LLC follows and honors the return policy of the website provider, Teachable Inc. as outlined below. For more information on Teachable�s Return Policy, see Teachable�s Terms of Use.

1. Courses

a) In general, all Students purchasing courses that are a part of the Teachable Native Gateways are entitled to a thirty (30) day refund from the date of purchase. Unless authorized by Teachable in Teachable's sole discretion, no Creator on the Teachable Native Gateways may offer to Students a refund policy for a period of less than thirty (30) days.

b) Teachable reserves the right to refuse refunds to Students who abuse this Refund Policy. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, requesting refunds for multiple schools or requesting refunds in consecutive months.

c) Regardless of any other section to the contrary in these Terms, Teachable does not establish, maintain, or control refunds or a refund policy for any Creator Content that was processed through a Custom Payment Gateway, including courses.

2. Bundled Products

a) If a Creator sells a set of courses as a bundled package, the refund policy applicable for courses will apply, as provided in section XIII(B)(1).

b) If a Creator sells a set of courses and Coaching offerings as a bundled package, the refund policy applicable for Coaching offerings will apply, as provided in section XIII(B)(2).

c) If a Creator sells a set of coaching offerings as a bundled package, the refund policy applicable for Coaching will apply, as provided in section XIII(B)(2).

3. General Provisions

a) It is the Student�s responsibility to understand the refund policy for Creator Content prior to purchasing such Creator Content.

b) Teachable reserves the right to provide a refund to any student at any time in Teachable's sole discretion.

Refunds on Payments Made on Invoices

a)     In general, all Students making payment on an invoice for product including courses, and materials are entitled to a thirty (30) day refund from the date of purchase.

b)    �EYET LLC maintains a �No Refund� policy on payments made on an invoice in exchange for service when the service for which payment is made has been completed. Refunds for payments made for a service that has not been completed will be honored no more than (30) days after payment and only for hours of service that have not been completed. Refund requests may be sent via email to [email protected].

c)     �EYET LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds to Students who abuse this Refund Policy. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, requesting refunds for multiple products and/or services or requesting refunds in consecutive months.
